HOUSTON, TX – Allied Orion Group has been selected to manage 180 Flats Apartments– adding another 142-unit community to its Metro Denver area portfolio. 180 Flats becomes the seventh apartment community to become part of The Collective Glendale. Owned by Arel Capital, Collective Glendale is now comprised of 793 apartment homes within the communities of Vantage Point, The Birch, Four Mile Flats, Infinity Flats, Park Point, Cambridge Place and 180 Flats.
180 Flats offers one and two-bedroom floor plan options ranging from 580 to 985 square feet of living space. Features include updated designer flooring, renovated kitchens with tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, upgraded bathrooms and large balconies. Community amenities include a bike room, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool with granite gas grill area, business center, on-site laundry facilities and on-site surface parking.
The Collective Glendale communities are located minutes from each other and offer easy freeway access to the I-25 corridor and Denver’s Light Rail stations, making for an easy commute to downtown Denver, the Tech Center (“DTC”) and Denver International Airport. All seven communities are located close to Infinity Park—a 16-acre complex that features the first municipal rugby stadium, sports center and high altitude-training center. Other area highlights include Cherry Creek Trail and Bike Path, Four Mile Historic Park and the upcoming Glendale 180 Entertainment District.
