Trisha Keenan

Trisha began her career in property management as a Leasing Consultant in 1995 for a national property management company and was promoted to Manager within two years. In 2001, Trisha joined another national property management company where she was promoted to District Manager and Regional Training Director. Trisha was responsible for all software training and support for the Houston region. Trisha joined Allied Orion Group in 2006 as a Regional Supervisor and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2010. Trisha is active in both the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. She currently holds ARM, TCS, UPCS and CPO designations. Trisha supervises eight Regional Property Supervisors who oversee the operations of 53 assets, comprised of approximately 9,500 units.
