Tim Myers
Chairman
Mr. Myers is a co-founder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of AOG Living and has directly or indirectly successfully sponsored the acquisition/development of approximately 15,000 multifamily units, or a total aggregate value of approximately $1.3 billion. As Chairman of the Advisory Board, Mr. Myers coordinates the board’s activities and agendas in addition to the company’s vision and goals.
Prior to co-founding AOG Living in 1985, Mr. Myers served as Vice President of one of the country’s largest independent apartment development firms. During his tenure, he served as Vice President of the Property Management Division, where he was responsible for the oversight of over 25,000 multifamily units.
