Susan Jarvis, CPM, HCCP, COS, PHM, TCS, UPCS, HQS

Susan graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree and began her career in property management in 1985 in Houston. Working for Johnstown America as a leasing consultant, Susan continued to move upward within on-site positions and was promoted to Regional Supervisor two years later. In 1989, Susan joined Republic Property Management Group. While there she supervised a fee-managed portfolio of more than 4,000 units covering four states. Her diverse client base included private investors, lending institutions, and HUD co-insured management groups such as Ginnie Mae. The portfolio was comprised of many types of mixed-financed multi-family communities which included Project based Section 8 and RTC Affordable Housing units, as well as conventionally financed properties.

In 2005, Susan was promoted to Vice President of Housing Operations at Allied Orion Group. She currently oversees three Regional Supervisors and two Senior Managers who are directly responsible for the daily operations of multi-family sites in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Mobile. The development of many of these properties involved the financial layering of several affordable programs to include Public Housing Subsidies, LIHTC, BOND and HOME FUND financing.
