Melanie Frugé
Senior Regional Vice President
Melanie began her career in property management in 1987 as an Assistant Manager for Harry Reed &
Harry Reed & Company and was promoted to manager in 1988. Melanie accepted a position with another local management company as the Director of Training and was promoted to a Regional Manager’s position the following year. In September 1998, Melanie joined Allied Orion Group as a Property Supervisor. During her tenure, her
portfolio has included tax credit, conventional, repositioning, and receivership management. Her expertise in all areas of property management and client relations earned her the promotion to Regional Vice
President in March of 2007. Melanie’s professional designations include Certified Occupancy Special (COS), Public Housing Manager (PHM), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Uniform Physical Standard Condition (UPCS), Housing Quality Standards (HQS) designation and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). Melanie is also currently a CPM candidate. Melanie currently supervises five Regional Property Supervisors who oversee operations that exceed 30 properties and more than 6,000 units in Texas and Louisiana.
