Lawrence Fernandez, Real Estate Broker

Lawrence joined Allied-Orion Group in 2014 as a District Manager. He was promoted to Regional Manager and has been involved in the daily operations for a nine property, 1,500-unit portfolio consisting of mixed conventional, tax credit and project based communities. He has been overseeing the implementation of rehabilitating several of the assets and ongoing restoration of several units taken offline due to casualty loss.

Prior to joining Allied Orion Group, Lawrence worked for the San Antonio Housing Authority as the Director of Multi-Family Housing for 2,300 Housing Authority-owned units and Partnership Communities consisting of 4,300 units managed through third party management. In addition to the daily operations, he also monitored the asset management for the portfolio.

Lawrence has 17 years of experience in property management with various sizes of communities and portfolios. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and entrepreneur and specializes in the San Antonio Real Estate Market.

His current industry certifications include: Certified Manager of Housing, Certified Manager of Maintenance and Certified Executive Manager of the Housing Choice Voucher Program from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM).  Lawrence is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Finance.
