Inspection Specialist / Coordinator of Special Projects
David joined Allied Orion Group in 2009 as a certified Inspection Specialist. He has been an inspection coordinator, as well as a field inspector for public housing and tax credit assets. David’s certifications are in Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) and Housing Quality Standards (HQS). He has performed thousands of UPCS Inspections in Houston, San Antonio and Dallas. Additionally, he has conducted and coordinated due diligence inspections for new acquisitions. These inspections have resulted in the improvement of REAC scores throughout Allied Orion Group’s managed housing portfolio.
David is responsible for quality control, reviewing all inspections by site inspectors, and preparing the inspection reports to the managers and supervisors. He is currently implementing the use of surface tablets at Allied Orion Group to conduct inspections digitally with cloud migration storage at all public housing managed sites.
David graduated from San Jacinto College in Houston with an associate’s degree in Web Development.
