Zitterkopf to Manage Dallas/Fort Worth and Southeast Markets
HOUSTON, TX — Allied Orion Group has named Stephanie Zitterkopf as Senior Regional Vice President, Management Division. In this capacity, Zitterkopf will oversee management of the company’s portfolio of properties in Dallas/Fort Worth and the Southeast markets.
Zitterkopf has been in the property management industry for more than 25 years with focus on the Mid-West, Mid-Atlantic and Central Regions. She has experience with new construction lease-ups, property rehabilitation, repositioning assets and large-scale capital improvement projects. Her expertise lies in assembling, training, and leading highly motivated, success-oriented teams in achieving difficult goals with outstanding results. She has had experience in all aspects of property management including market rate, tax credit and affordable housing.
Prior to joining Allied Orion Group, Zitterkopf worked for companies such as Balcor, Insignia, First Centrum and most recently CF Lane where she supervised a portfolio in Texas and Louisiana that consisted of approximately 15,000 units.
